Workshop Nanospectroscopy for Medical Applications

The topical Workshop on Nanospectroscopy for Medical Applications took place at Stanmore Hospital, London, UK, on September 3 and 4, 2015, hosted by Chaozong Liu.

The purpose of this topical workshop is to discuss the recent development of nanospectroscopy technology and challenges in medical applications. During the workshop, the experience and achievement of nanospectroscopy in medical disease diagnosis, treatment and tissue characterisations will be reviewed and discussed. From the discussion, we will identify key medical conditions that nanospectroscopy technology has the potential to address, and further to develop a collaborative project proposal. The Call for the workshop can be found here: Call.pdf

The workshop is limited to 15-20 people, and a limited number of reimbursement support is available through the COST Action MP 1302.
